As a photographer one rarely finds them self in front of a camera, which has lead me to personally feel uncomfortable when in front of the one. This uncomfortable feeling has caused me to question what it means to be the muse and as the photographer do I have the right to ask someone to expose their vulnerability for the sake of my art. To create truly great work it needs to be honest and to share/expose true vulnerability with the camera and the world. So in order to gain a true understand of the vulnerability that I ask from my muses I turned the camera on my self. With this I am asking my self to not only think of what image I would like to capture but to expose my self to that feeling of vulnerability that is placed on the muse while in front of the camera.
